The personal data you provide will be processed by the company Ara Vinc S.L. as Data Controller, in order to analyze and manage your complaint, in compliance with the provisions of Law 2/23 of 20 February regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

In order to increase transparency and guarantee the impartiality of the process, the management of the complaints channel is handled by an external company as Data Processor, having deployed the necessary legal, technical and organizational mechanisms to ensure that the process is carried out with due guarantees for you.

The data may be communicated to the State Security Forces and Bodies as well as to the judicial authority, within the framework of an investigation, instruction or judicial proceeding.

The data will be kept as long as they are necessary to respond to queries and thereafter during the limitation period of the actions that may arise from them.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of the personal data you have provided.
